Textured Pendant or Earrings Class
Let’s see those saw skills!
Total Price - £80 (Materials & drink inc.)
This class is a complete beginners class! Starting with copper, I will set you off with a small task to build your confidence using a piercing saw and then the fun part of playing with texture hammers to find the patterns you like! From there, we will go on to choose the silhouette shape you would like to make your pendant or earrings into and begin to create your piece in silver.
Once you have your shape and you’ve decorated your pendant or earrings with texture, you can refine, polish and finish up by soldering on your jump ring or ear wires.
This is the perfect class to get started using a saw and the next step closer to joining the Sea Glass Setting or Gemstone Ring class, which do require some previous experience.
The piece of silver you have to use is 30x30mm, it would be great to have a little think about the kind of shape you may like to make so that you have some ideas but I will also have some for you to choose from. Simple silhouette shapes are best, flowers, animals, leaves etc are very popular.
All classes are an absolute maximum of 6 students, so there is lots of one-to-one support.
Ages 16+ only for group classes.
Please note payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different class, if given at least 5 days notice prior to your booked class. If you cancel less than 5 days before the class date, your payment will only be carried over if I am able to fill your space. If only one student is booked in for the class, it will be re-scheduled and I will give you notice of this. By making payment you agree to the above T&Cs and your space is booked in.
