This open evening is your opportunity to visit and find out what Jewellery Club is all about and to meet others who will be coming along. It’ll give you the chance to talk all things jewellery, ask any questions you may have and share a little drink in the company of like minded folk! It will also allow us to find out what you’d like to work on, and what you might need from us.

Jewellery Club is a twice-a-month offering from two of the jewellers, Emily and Jessica, at The Colour Factory in Winchester. Unlike a structured workshop, Jewellery Club provides the opportunity to use all of the equipment and space that there is to offer, with the freedom to work on whatever you’d like to work on. Recieve guidance on a wide variety of areas such as idea development and technical skills. These evenings have limited spaces, and work out to be £30 a session, with opportunities to save depending on how many sessions you book in one go. These don’t have to be consecutive sessions, but you do have to let the organisers know in advance if you wish to be there. Whilst both jewellers have a wealth of experience – from stone setting to wax carving – each jeweller has their specialist areas; knowing what you intend on making, particularly if it’s a very specific technique, means that the appropriate jeweller can support you in the process. This is so that they have the chance to put out the equipment needed and can monitor the number of people present. Please note: it is expected that you would have some jewellery experience/knowledge as there will be no teaching, just guidance, advice, company and equipment.
